We Are Open for the 2025 Season
It’s official—Budge’s Wilderness Lodge is open for the 2025 season, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome guests back to our remote corner of Colorado! We’re already busy out on the water and on the trail, sharing our favorite place with guests new and old.
There’s nothing quite like this time of year with the wildflowers in bloom and hummingbirds buzzing around the feeders on the deck. After a long off-season, it’s nice to be back in the rhythm of lodge life! Be sure to follow along on Instagram as we share photos and updates throughout the season.
As always, we’re offering both fly fishing trips and horseback riding adventures into the backcountry this summer.
We’re honored (and a little humbled!) to say that we’re booked for for this summer. We’re incredibly grateful for the families and groups who return year after year, and we can’t wait to welcome many of you back.
That said, we do have some availability in September—a truly special time to be in the high country. The crowds thin out, the fall colors turn the canyon golden, and the fishing can be phenomenal! Contact us for the most up-to-date availability.
Fall in the high country is nothing short of magical. A few spots remain for September adventures.
Looking further ahead? We’ve opened reservations for the 2026 season, and now is the perfect time to start planning.
Whether you're dreaming of dry flies on glassy water, sharing stories around a campfire, or riding a horse deep into the wilderness, we’d love to help you make it happen. Explore the rest of the website for packages and pricing. Or simply contact us for help planning your next adventure.
