Meet The Leadership Team at Budge’s Wilderness Lodge

When you book a trip with Budge’s Wilderness Lodge, our goal is to make sure you have the adventure of a lifetime. One of our greatest assets is the incredible crew that makes it happen.

We are excited to introduce you to our leadership team here at Budge’s Wilderness Lodge. If you’ve been around here the last few years, you’ll recognize these friendly faces. When you see the crew this season, please congratulate them on their new roles and promotions!

Josh Sanders

This marks Josh’s 8th season at Budge’s! If you’ve ever had the pleasure of working with Josh or joining him on a wilderness adventure, you know what a talented, hard-working and humble guy he is.

We are excited to promote Josh to an Operations Manager position, where he will help run the team’s outfitting operations. Josh has been doing much of this work anyway, so we are excited to recognize all his hard work and give him even more freedom and responsibility to do what he does best.

Morgan Perrin

Our guests over the past few seasons have consistently told us how impressed they are by Morgan’s incredible hard-working nature, and the level of thoughtfulness and maturity that she brings to our crew. From the hot and dusty days of summer, to packing out elk in snow and sub-freezing temps, Morgan’s positive attitude and determination help create life-long memories of adventure for our guests.

This season, we are thrilled to promote Morgan to manage our packing operations and wranglers. We are excited to recognize her for the hard work and the well-deserved leadership position.

Rikki Folger

Rikki joined our team last year and was quick to make an impact with her hard work ethic and creative ideas to improve our guest experience at the lodge. Rikki is a trained chef and comes to Budge’s with a background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. What’s more, Rikki is a hunter, she loves the outdoors and she has a passion for cooking wild game, making her a natural fit with the crew here at Budge’s.

This year, Rikki has taken on the role of Executive Chef and Guest Services Manager, where she will assist our kitchen and housekeeping crew to create memorable experiences for guests.

Nelson Stutzman

Our guests over the past seven seasons know and love Nelson Stutzman, the one who has been at the helm of Budge’s and the one who has led this team to success. Nelson’s tireless work and commitment to Budge’s simply can’t be overstated.

This season, Nelson has decided to retire from his role at Budge’s to pursue new opportunities. This is a well-deserved transition for Nelson. Please join us in thanking him for the incredible things he has accomplished. Nelson will continue to lend us a hand in speaking with guests to help plan trips and create bookings. Thanks, Nelson!

Anticipation for the Upcoming Season

As we look ahead to the summer and fall seasons, we are excited to see the rest of our crew who work so hard to create these memorable wilderness experiences for guests. Our cooks, housekeeping crew, fishing guides, hunting guides, wranglers, packers, photographers, are without doubt some of the best in the business. We are thankful to be a part of this family!

If you have questions or if you are interested in joining our team, please send an email to howdy@budgeslodge.com along with a resume and cover letter.

Thank you all and cheers to a great season ahead!
